We are seeking for an practiced administrator to join our Registry Support, Student Records and Timetabling team to provide the best quality customer service to students, staff and visitors. You will service the Registry Counter and respond to all routine enquiries from students, support the enrolment and tracking of students using the student records system, and support other Registry work as required.
The prosperous applicant will have demonstrable administrative practice, preferably in a customer focused or educational context, together with good verbal communication and IT expertise, including entering data correctly into systems, using spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office packages. High levels of accuracy, good attention to detail, and the capability to work well as part of a team and use your own initiative are also essential. An honours degree would be desirable although equivalent qualifications and practice will be considered. Some flexibility regarding working hours will also be required.
This is a full time, permanent post (37 hours per week).
