£28K - £33K per annum DOE
Full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday
We are seeking for a talented Training Manager to join a great learning solutions provider in the Milton Keynes area of Buckinghamshire. They are passionate about inspiring learners to be the best they can be and improve the lives of others in the social care sector. This is a temporary function on an initial 9 months contract (maternity cover).
Do you have practice in the care sector? Do you have talents in putting together training material or delivering training? ÂAre you looking for anÂexciting and unique position where you use your expertise to promote the best practice in care? If so, then we would love to hear from you.
You would be working for an innovative organisation with over 20-years' practice in providing exciting training and development material for both care providers and carers. They ensure that their content is fresh and engaging in order to inspire learners to make a positive difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in society. They want to inspire the very best people who can make a positive contribution in the sector and improve the lives of others.
As their Training Manager, you will have a great and unique function where you will help develop learning resource material that will be used in the social care sector. You will help research and develop content and identify key requirements for learners using your research expertise and expertise. The function may involve travelling around the local area.

   » You will have practice of working within a training, learning or development function within either residential care for older people, community/home care or learning disabilities;
   » Qualifications in education/learning & development
   » You will have excellent written and verbal communication expertise.
   » You will also have a full driving licence.
