We seeking two Research Hub Managers to work closely with key academic staff to support research activities within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health. Reporting to the Faculty Research Manager, you will be an integral member of a Faculty research support hub, located either in one department or working across a group of departments. The team will provide specialist expertise, advice and services in relation to research support activities. These include supporting research grant capture; aspects of REF management; ensuring strong links to PGR support; keeping up-to-date with institutional, faculty and funder priorities and policies; and working with academic staff locally to support maintenance of external relationships.
You will also have line management responsibility for the research support team in which you are located, superviseing all aspects of its activity.
There are two positions available within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry & Health, one post is full time and the second is part time working 60%.
