Do you have expertise and practice supporting young children? Can you help children build their will to succeed? Do you have practice working with children who have special educational needs? Are you skilled in managing challenging behaviour?
We are currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs TA function in a North West Leeds Primary School. You will be working 1 on 1 and in small groups with SEN Children. If you are local, or you're willing to travel from the surrounding area, then apply today!

Responsibilities
* Ensure that your pupils are properly supported and safeguarded
* Support the ethos of the school by implementing the Behaviour policy and school expectations
* Encourage and support other staff in the appropriate management of a variety of conditions
* Support basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing and displaying work
* Supervise pupils at break times where and when designated

Requirements
* Must have practice in SEND conditions, especially Autism
* Proficiency in Makaton, MAPA and Team Teach etc. is desirable, but not necessary
* expertise and practice of supporting early years children
* A lively and encouraging personality
