The income will be paid at Grade 5, £32,676 - £37,297 or Grade 6, £38,304 - £41,517 per annum inclusive of £3,500 per annum London Allowance.
The King's Centre for Military Health Research (KCMHR) is looking to recruit a post-doctoral research associate or research adjunct to develop a mobile phone app targeting the early identification and management of mental health distress in military veterans.
The post holder will be responsible for the technical design and development of the mobile phone app, including piloting the mobile phone app and updating it located on feedback from stakeholders. The post holder will support the practiccapability trial of the mobile phone app and troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during the trial.
The prosperous candidate will have a degree in computer science or a related field. The grade 6 function will also require a PhD awarded (or near completion) in computer science or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of mobile phone app development, ideally, although not essentially, in mental health related topics.
Contract Type:
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 6 months with the potential for 3 months additional extension subject to confirmation of external funding.
Contract Term:
This is a full-time post - 100% full time equivalent but there is also the potential for part-time working options.
