This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and practiced administrator to join the professional services team in the Faculty of Health: Medicine, Dentistry and Human Sciences. We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised individual to take up the part time post of Senior Assessment Administrator covering maternity leave.
You will be working within the Assessment Team to deliver an efficient service to manage assessment processes and delivery. You will assist in the development of a customer focussed, integrated, cost effective and progressive administration for the Faculty. Requirements for the function are set out in the job description.
You will need excellent communication expertise and the capability to lead a team. You will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with excellent IT expertise, particularly advanced working expertise of Excel. You will be practiced in presenting information to audiences and work with a range of bespoke databases.
The post is currently located in the John Bull Building within the Plymouth Science Park.
This is a part-time position working 22.2 hours per week (0.6 FTE) and is fixed-term to cover a period of maternity leave which is anticipated to be for approximately 12 months.
