Summary:
We are seeking for a Team Administrator to join our Departmental Administration Team supporting our students and Academic members of staff. We are currently undergoing a period of change as part of our Student Lifecycle Project and are looking for an administrator to support the team with the fluctuating workload this change will bring to the Department.
You will provide a welcoming customer focused, professional reception service dealing with a range of enquiries from staff, students and visitors and provide administrative support to the admin team for the Department. You will be the first point of contact for staff, students and visitors to the Department and will offer guidance or signpost them to the most appropriate service.
You will also be responsible, as part of a team, for the smooth running of the departmental office, as well as working with the team to maintain high levels of student satisfaction. You should have 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above including Maths andEnglish (or equivalent practice) and excellent customer service and interpersonal expertise, IT expertise, as well as previous administrative/clerical practice.
