We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and professional administrator to work within the Exams Team. this function has a particular focus on supporting assessment and examination processes, particularly in relation to the production of examination papers, preparation of examination centres, publication of past papers for use by students, and maintenance of assessment records on the University's student information system (RISIS). The post is fixed term for two years.
You will have:
   » practice of administration in a busy office environment.
   » Excellent organisational expertise, and the capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
   » capability to work both independently, proactively seeking support and solutions, and also collaboratively as part of a wider team.
   » Excellent IT expertise and practice of working with large scale databases.
   » Excellent and sensitive communication and interpersonal expertise.
