Timetabling Team Leader
Education and Student Support
This part time (0.6 FTE post) is available immediately on a permanent basis.
Summary of the function
We have a great opportunity for a Timetabling administrator to join our timetabling team to help build and support the University timetabling processes across two Exeter campuses. Specific hours and days of work may be negotiable, but the team is currently needing priority coverage for Monday to Wednesday each week.
The post
We are seeking for a timetabling administrator to help build and maintain the University timetable for staff and students who are attending classes located at our Streatham and St Luke's sites. The post holder will have a key function in supporting academics and students to realise the best possible timetable for their teaching and learning at the University.
The prosperous candidate will enjoy problem solving, will be able to multi-task and will be committed to excellence in customer care. With practice in a range of office systems and software including Outlook, Word and Excel, the prosperous candidate will be able to communicate effectively in writing, by email on the telephone and in person. They will also be an excellent team player and be committed to equal opportunities. practice with various aspects of scheduling, events planning and stakeholder liaison would also be advantageous.
