We have a great opportunity located at our Shuttleworth campus for a Student Development Administrator to become a key member of our Student Services department.
As a Student Development Administrator, you will play a pivotal function in the success of our students through:
   » superviseing the day-to-day running of the Student Services, Help Desk and office at the Shuttleworth College.
   » Providing advice and guidance on the full range of student finance and related welfare issues to both current students and potential students.
   » Providing high quality impartial wellbeing, safeguarding, advice and guidance to a diverse range of learners.Our ideal candidates will have practice in providing guidance/advice to customers and practice of using Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Access and Excel, alongside the following qualifications:
   » Level 3 qualification in significant subject
   » English and mathematics at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent
