Offer: Service Desk Analyst:Job description:Job location: Scunthorpe The DN Colleges group are looking for a motivated and talented Service Desk Analyst to join the merged Digital Technologies team. This will involve working in a medium sized FE entity across North Lindsey College, and several outreach centres. You will be providing 1st line support and assisting in various College merger projects to harmonise both Colleges' IT systems. The function is primarily technical and will involve working primarily on the service desk, providing user support, day to day break fix, and assisting in the implementation of new hardware and systems.
