This is an exciting opportunity to join the Academic Partnerships Office (APO) in a newly created post which has been developed to enhance our quality oversight of partnership activity. The post will report into the Academic Programme Manager, an academic member of the team. The post requires working effectively with lecturers and subject and programme leaders across Faculties, and with other key personnel connected with academic partnerships including staff in Student and Academic Services.
We want you to be able to carry out your work in a way that best supports UON and our students, but also you as an individual. We understand this may vary between different areas of the university as well as from one person to another. About You
You will be a solutions focussed, self-motivated Higher Education professional with a genuine belief in the benefits of working in partnership with others. You will have advanced expertise in data gathering and analysis and be confident in presenting this both verbally and in writing. You will recognise partners as customers and provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times, maintaining a professional approach to the challenges partnership work can bring. You will recognise what quality looks like and want to support partners in achieving the highest levels of success for the University of Northampton students studying with them.
