This is an exciting opportunity to lead the recruitment of new students and make a significant contribution to UCEM's vision to be the Centre of Excellence for Built Environment Education. Managing a prosperous and busy Admissions team, you will deliver an effective and prosperous Admissions and Enquiries service, supporting enquirers and candidates to realise their education and career ambitions. If you have practice working in Higher Education Admissions and practice managing teams, we want to hear from you! To be prosperous, you must have expertise of SITS or other databases, strong communication expertise and excellent leadership abilities expertise.
Your key responsibilities will centre around:
   » Devising and implementing conversion strategies to ensure pipeline targets are met
   » Continually evaluating and improving the service provided by the team, implementing process reviews to innovate the team's procedures and communications with candidates
   » Maintaining compliance with QAA Admissions procedures, UCEM's Academic Framework and, where appropriate, validating body requirements
   » Preparing annual reporting data for the RICS, Hong Kong Non-local Courses Registry and other validating bodies and stakeholders
   » Liaising with the Academic Team to ensure that non-standard applications are properly vetted, ensuring admissions decision and referral procedures are updated annually
