Your key responsibilities will centre around: » Providing excellent customer service to our students who contact UCEM » Record all student contact accurately using our student database system » Respond to and resolve student enquiries on a wide variety of matters via telephone or via UCEM's enquiry management system » contact with other internal teams to source information for students, escalating where required » Ensure student facing information, advice, and guidance is regularly updated At UCEM we expect employees to demonstrate our values: Passion, Integrity, Excellence and Support.
