We are seeking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy and fast-paced Admissions and Enquiries team. You will help students maximise their potential and guide their academic decisions. You will offer information and advice, process applications and collaboratively work towards institutional targets for the recruitment of students. Working in a busy and lively team, you will provide integral support for the candidates' journey, from initial enquiry through to registration.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:
   » Advise, counsel, and provide significant information to candidates to enable them to make an informed decision about their programme.
   » Ensure student applications are properly vetted, including interpreting international comparison information provided by Ecctis.
   » Promptly respond to enquiries from prospective students, their parents, and employers in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
   » Track student candidates through the admissions process and carry out pro-active follow-ups to ensure maximum conversion rates.
Our main General Requirements:
   » GCSE Maths and English Language Grade C or 4 or above.
   » practice in office and administration work, relating to providing good customer service.
   » practice in database use.
   » Strong communication and listening expertise with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
