Our busy Apprenticeships team are looking for a new addition to aid them in supporting our apprenticeship students to reach their full potential! Within this function you will play a key part of apprentice's programmes through the undertaking of high-quality progress monitoring and review activity, supporting students and employers within an allocated caseload. Not only will you be motivating students but also engaging both apprentices and employers to ensure a high-quality apprenticeship provision which meets their needs and requirements.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:
   » Schedule, plan for and undertake high-quality progress monitoring and review activity for an allocated apprentice caseload.
   » Monitor apprentice's participation in off-the-job training.
   » Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress and other factors within each allocated apprentice's e-portfolio.
   » Contribute to apprentice on-boarding activities.
   » Support the implementation of outstanding Safeguarding practice.
Our main General Requirements:
   » Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional practice.
   » Minimum level 2 Maths and English qualifications (grade C or above) - we will require evidence of this for Ofsted.
   » practice monitoring and reviewing learner/apprentice progress.
   » practice identifying and setting SMART targets.
   » Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
   » Strong planning and organisational expertise.
