We now have a great opportunity for a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC) to join the University as The Head of Global Recruitment. Reporting into the Chief Marketing agent, this function is fundamental to the senior leadership abilities team in our marketing function and the future direction of our international strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing global recruitment strategies and shaping the direction of the recruitment cycle. You will work closely with the Head of Digital and Brand and collaborate with Heads of School to implement marketing strategies across a range of markets and regions. You will provide leadership abilities to the global recruitment team whilst directing the full recruitment cycle through market strategy, agent networks, acquisition and conversion activity from enquiry to enrolment. Building on recent significant international growth, you will deliver on existing recruitment plans, looking to secure existing growth from core markets whilst diversifying and securing sustainable growth for the university.
