About the function:
Our Applications Management team are fundamental to our success. In this key function, you will play a vital part in our new ambitious programme to transform student practice by providing essential support to our core Research & Academic Systems.
We are seeking for a talented Applications Analyst with a flexible approach, strong technical expertise and practice of working with large systems. practice of Higher Education academic systems such as Learning Management Systems, Library Systems, Multi-Media, or Systems integrations would be desirable.
You'll have a degree and appropriate level of practice and evidence of continuing professional development significant to the function, or be part-qualified in a significant professional qualification appropriate to the specific function being appointed to, and appropriate level of practice and CPD. You'll have sound expertise of working with large academic systems, and you'll also have demonstrable practice of providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You'll be able to work both independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines. With a high degree of accuracy, you'll be committed to maintaining and enhancing excellent standards of customer service.
