Job location: Newport, Shropshire The prosperous candidate will provide administrative support across a portfolio of partnership award (PA) course areas provided in collaboration with external organisations and contact with academic and professional service colleagues across the University. You will be required to manage external stakeholders and external delivery partners involved across the range of PA teaching and learning initiatives. Key qualifications, expertise and practice required: » practice in administration and customer service. » A good standard of education, including Maths and English. » practice in data protection, expertise of GDPR and handling confidential information » To be able to communicate accurately and effectively in writing and orally with external colleagues and staff. » Excellent IT expertise, including practice in the use of Microsoft office suite, MS Teams and a large multi-user database and/or student record systems for assessment records. » High-level organisational expertise and the capability to prioritise and multi-task, with precise attention to detail. capability to work independently with confidence. » Be highly motivated and be able to interact positively on all levels. They should have a flexible work attitude in order to meet the demands of the job and an excellent team player, able to work within a team office environment. » Exceptional customer care and communication expertise and the capability to easily build rapport with people at all levels.
