Customer Service manager:Job description:Job location: Exeter Exciting new projects with fresh food concepts within double award-winning operations. Full time, 36.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. This new full-time post is immediately available on a permanent basis. Summary of the function The Customer Services manager position has responsibility for delivering the in-house culinary operation within commercial operations outlets within University of Exeter's Streatham or St Luke's Campuses. We are seeking for an enthusiastic, innovative and motivated manager with a clear passion for food to join our Commercial Operations team. The prosperous candidate will have practice of supervising a culinary operation across a wide variety of catering styles from banqueting to fine dining. This full-time post is available immediately. We are seeking for highly motivated and enthusiastic member of staff to join our catering teamon our campus. You will be a customer focused, team player who can also work alone. You will demonstrate high standards and be well organised. Having practice in functions within catering, retail and kitchens, with expertise of food hygiene and health and safety would be advantageous. Training and uniform will be provided. You will have a flexible approach to working hours and practices, as well as having excellent communication expertise. The function will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a busy environment, in line with Food Safety plus Health & Safety requirements.
