Offer: Strategy Manager:Job description:Job location: Bath If you have a strategic and commercial mindset, with strong research and analytical expertise, developed through working for a management consultancy or as a part of an in-house strategy team, we would love to hear from you. Flexible and hybrid working are available for this function. About the function This is a new function that will involve working closely with senior stakeholders across the university to ensure that: » the University is using a robust strategy development and delivery framework » the strategic options are fully investigated, and decisions made located on facts » the strategy is connected to the actions and » our progress towards the strategic goals is monitored effectively. This is a full time, open ended position. About you Strong business acumen, effective engagement and communication expertise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority will be essential for this function. Ideally, you will have 2+ years of work practice in management consulting or in-house corporate strategy and / or business planning, with excellent strategy development expertise. knowledge of HE sector is an advantage and an MBA, or equivalent degree, is desirable.
