The Finance Senior Administrator function is to provide a dedicated, high-level and confidential administrative support to the Finance Senior Management team. This includes the provision of PA support to the Associate Director Finance - Treasury, along with high level diary management for the Head of Business Partnering, Head of Procurement and Head of Internal Audit and responsibility for the office administration of the wider finance department.
You will have line management responsibility for the Finance Administrative Apprentice who will support in the delivery of the function requirements and will work closely with the Senior Finance Management Team in order to ensure consistent and high quality support is provided at all times, and will contribute to the delivery and continuous development of a comprehensive and customer focused support service, providing the first contact for internal and external customers to the Finance Department.
You will be able to demonstrate that you meet all the essential criteria within the expertise, Education and Training and practice elements in the attached job description, with the capability to be professional and highly dependable, operate at a fast pace both independently as well as being able to work as part of a team and you will have a strong track record of operating within a similar function.
