Job Offer: Senior Student Services Advisor:Job description:Job location: Bristol The function Student Services aims to provide a single first point-of-contact for student enquiries, enabling students to find the right answer to straightforward questions quickly and to access more in-depth help if they need it. What will you be doing? We are seeking for a new Senior Adviser to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. This is a varied and interesting function where no two days are the same. We are seeking for someone who is energetic and adaptable with great people expertise. You will already have practice of a customer-facing function and be committed to supporting students from a wide variety of backgrounds. You should apply if » You are passionate about delivering a high-quality customer practice. » You have excellent prioritisation and organisation expertise, with the capability to manage a busy workload with competing priorities. » You are able to take a leading function in a variety of situations, from being point of escalation for complex enquiries, to working on projects to implement new services or improve existing processes » You have strong communication expertise, with the capability to work with a range of different stakeholders.
