We are seeking to recruit a Research Funding Manager (Post Award) to join our team in St George's Joint Research and Enterprise Services. This is an interesting and varied function where you will lead a team of two Research Funding agents to support, manage and facilitate our excellent medical and healthcare research at St George's.
The function involves management of a team covering the post award aspects of the research lifecycle including project set up, the financial management of research and financial reporting. Building good relationships with our researchers is key to the job, along with managing the team's workload and ensuring that the processes to support post award research funding are in place.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in supporting research in the Higher Education (or related) sector to start out or continue in a team management position and develop their expertise, expertise and career.
