About the function
The School of Digital & IT, at Printworks Campus, continues to lead the way for Digital and IT innovations in teaching and learning, and as such is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and forward-thinking pastoral coach to support our students through their educational journey.
What You Will Do
   » An exciting opportunity has arisen in the School of Digital & IT for an enthusiastic and motivated Pastoral Coach who will contribute towards delivering outstanding teaching sessions in Personal Development Behaviours and Attitudes.
   » Manage your caseload of students in coaching and support, strategically supporting the students in overcoming barriers which may impact on their progress at college.
   » Monitor and track progress of our students' attendance, target grades using face-to-face or online support techniques.
About You
   » We are seeking for someone who displays an enthusiasm for teaching, learning and educating and supporting young people, utilising new and emerging technologies in the curriculum which is key to this function.
   » If you feel that you have the enthusiasm, drive, expertise and capability to fulfil this function, we would like to hear from you, especially if you have expertise in coaching and mentoring techniques.
