The opportunity
Are you an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst looking to provide 2nd line support in a large enterprise environment?
We are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our IT Support Services.
With a can-do attitude, you'll play a vital function in supporting users both remotely and desk-side, with most of your work being escalated from our IT Service Desk.
You'll support both staff and student computers providing a quick response to standard day-to-day issues and requests, as well as engaging with projects.
this function will suit an practiced Support Analyst looking to expand their skill set within a large environment.
Though you'll be located at High Holborn, occasional travel to other UAL sites Lime Grove and Mare Street may be required.
About you
The prosperous candidate should have practice of the following:
   » Demonstrable practice working in a second line IT support function within an enterprise environment.
   » practice of working across Windows and Mac environments, including deployment and configuration of operating systems, hardware maintenance and fault-finding using command line tools.
   » practice leading and motivating support teams.
   » practice supporting Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and other basic network services.
   » practice of working across an ITIL aligned environment.
   » High level of customer service expertise, and an capability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
   » practice supporting various AV environments including fault diagnosis, configuration and maintenance.
