We are seeking for a proactive and professional Employer Engagement Executive, with a proven track record in achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and who can engage, develop, and nurture employer and referral organisation relationships across Hertfordshire. The function will be promoting Oaklands expertise Bootcamps provision which offers sector specific training in a range of sectors to support organisations in their recruitment needs and/or expertise shortages in their workforce. Building relationships with referral sources and passionate about education and training, you should be comfortable with generating opportunities through the referral sources for prospective learners, and partnerships in expertise Bootcamps with a customer service led approach.
