Here at the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health, we deliver a number of national quality improvement (QI) programmes to enable the delivery of high-quality, equitable, mental health care.

We are seeking to recruit a Head of Quality Improvement to work alongside the existing Head of QI to manage our expanding portfolio of work, including our new programme to improve the culture of care on Mental Health, Learning Discapability and Autism inpatient wards in England.
This is an opportunity to lead, along with the Directors and partner organisations, an ambitious, high-profile programme aiming to support change to the culture of inpatient care in England, and We are seeking for an practiced QI leader who shares our values, and who is driven improve mental health care.
