We are recruiting a permanentPostdoctoral Research adjunct Are you passionate about advancing the frontiers of Photonics Materials, High Power Laser Induced Damage Threshold (LIDT) testing capcapability or Vacuum thin film processing technology? Do you have practice and skills in Photonics materials, High Power Laser technology or Vacuum Thin Film Technologies? If so, we invite you to become a crucial part of our newly developed innovative research team! We are pursuing an exceptional Postdoctoral Research adjunct to join us on a permanent contract basis to develop and explore Photonics Technology (Laser Physics or Photonics Materials) and Practical Vacuum Thin Film process development to join the Wrexham University research group located at The OpTIC Technology Centre in St Asaph, North Wales a working in the brand new Vacuum Coating facility and developing new LIDT test facilities. This is a permanent position within a newly established research group working alongside the award winning Glyndwr Innovations Ltd. Technical team. Expanding their operational areas and developing new technology platforms to serve an established group industrial partners across the industry.
