Offer: Apprenticeship Manager:Job description:Job location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire First established in 1971, the National Film and Television School (NFTS) has evolved to become a leading global institution, developing some of Britain and the world's top creative talent in film, television and games. It is widely acexpertised to be the top school of its kind in the UK and one of the best internationally, being named as one of The Hollywood Reporter's top international film schools for over a decade. The NFTS is a registered charity. We are currently recruiting for an Apprenticeship Manager to join our small but busy team. The prosperous candidate will be a proactive individual with exceptional interpersonal expertise to provide effective end to end management of the School's small but growing apprenticeship provision, and to work alongside employers and internal stakeholders to develop new apprenticeship programmes. They will provide information, advice and guidance to Heads of Department ensuring that apprenticeship programmes are planned and delivered to an excellent standard. this function would suit someone with good expertise of the film and television industry and the Higher Education landscape, who has the capability to collaborate effectively with academic staff, industry professionals and senior management. The ideal candidate will have expertise of the regulatory framework and funding models for apprenticeships in the UK and the capability to analyse and summarise complex data to present to senior management.
