Department The Student Fees and Funding team are a friendly and supportive team with around 34 staff who manage a wide variety of finanical support and funding opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate candidates and students. This includes scholarships, bursary and loan programmes, international schemes and central financial assistance. This post will supervise and optimise operational delivery of existing Academic Futures programme streams as well as provide support for planned expansion of provision and strategic development of new inititiatives. About the function This new function is an exciting opportunity to work on the forefront of the development and delivery of access to graduate education. It is a strategic priority for the collegiate University to diversify our graduate applicant and offer holder pool, ensuring we attract and retain the very best graduate candidates to study at the University of Oxford, regardless of background. The postholder will play a pivotal function in the management and future development of graduate access schoalrships through the Academic Futures programme, an initiative to transform the funding and support opportunities available to underrepresented and underprivileged groups at the University of Oxford through scholarships and bespoke support programmes. About You You will need to be organised, proactive, meticulous, and able to manage and prioritise multiple competing demands. The prosperous candidate will be practiced in desiging and implementing administrative processes to support strategic aims, including production of narrative and financial reporting and analysis. An analytical and problem-solving approach is key, with a drive for continuous improvement, along with excellent communication expertise and the capability to work with people from different backgrounds and at all levels within and outside the collegiate university.
