The function
In this function you'll provide professional, academic, and thought leadership abilities in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, in a significant area such as semiconductors, computer engineering, communications, systems, and quantum technologies. You'll contribute to our international research profile through undertaking world-leading research within or across traditional disciplines, obtaining steady research funding from diverse sources, contributing to the impact agenda, and supporting colleagues in developing their careers. You will contribute to the development and delivery of the high-quality research-led education that we are so proud of and support the inclusive & collaborative culture of the School.
About you
To apply, you will need a PhD, or equivalent professional qualifications, with a strong publication record, and able to demonstrate delivery of research-led teaching in a manner that significantly engages students. It is essential that you have a track-record of innovative research in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and have a desire to build a strong research team with our support.
