About the function
Join our new team at Luminate Education Group, as the International Student Recruitment Manager your primary focus will be on launching new programme areas at Luminate Education Group, namely for Leeds University Centre & the Sixth Form.
Thisfunction is integral to achieving Luminate Education Group's ambitious growth goals in its strategy by supporting the recruitment of international students from designated markets.The responsibilities span from stakeholder management to regional recruitment, development and conversion to students enrolment.
located in Leeds you will work closely with the Director of International Recruitment, collaborating to execute our recruitment priorities globally and deliver outstanding customer service to our network of new agents, partner institutions and new feeder providers
The post holder will represent Luminate Education Group internationally, promoting its brand and elevating its profile in order to contribute to international student recruitment objectives.
What You Will Do
   » Support the implementation of the international student recruitment strategy
   » Responsible for building new partnerships with key external stakeholders and internal departments
   » Identifying and developing new opportunities for impactful business relationships, including agent acquisition and management
   » Provide exceptional support to our in-market recruiters
   » Deliver recruitment activities including exhibitions, agent training, institutional visits, interviews, presentations, new launch campaigns, new agent acquisition
   » Collaborate with recruitment and admissions teams at Luminate Education Group
   » Lead prospective student and agent visits, as well as recruitment events
   » Provide up to date recruitment data and performance data against set targets
   » Line Manager International Marketing agent
About You
   » Proven track record in international student recruitment, agent relationships and market practice
   » Proven track record in building and managing effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders in the international recruitment industry, internal and external
   » Flexible approach towards working patterns, which will include working weekends and evenings as necessary when travelling: significant travel overseas to deliver recruitment & promotional activities required
   » The person appointed must hold a valid passport and be willing to undertake substantial travel.
