With outreach focused in one of our service areas in London, this function will demonstrate the capability to build trust easily and see the strengths and capacity in the surrounding community by engaging with youth experiencing barriers, hardship and adversity as both a mentor and advocate. We seek a creative, persistent individual with an knowledge of positive youth development, outreach abilities, and knowledge of available community resources and supports. this function will demonstrate an consciousness of the effect that oppression, barriers, poverty, and diversity have on youth, families, and the community and will support other team members to maximize outreach potential.
