The postholder will be responsible for on-boarding new learners for all health and social care by ensuring that mandatory clearance checks are completed in a timely manner and information is uploaded to placement management systems. The postholder will be responsible for retention of students by leading the implementation of our Interruption and Resumption Model across Health and Social Care. This work will include creating a track and trigger system for monitoring and reporting on learner retention. In addition to monitoring, the postholder will also be responsible for signposting to significant services, meeting with learners to support them to remain on programme by creating new placement plans and supporting the transition of resuming learners back into practice. The postholder will be responsible for uniform ordering, distribution and allocation for all health and social care programmes.
