Job Offer: Clinical Governance & Patient Safety Manager:Job description:Job location: Bristol The function This is an exciting time to join Bristol Dental School at our state-of-the-art clinical teaching facility. The function holder will play a key function within the School, working closely with the Registered Manager and leadership abilities team to ensure safe and effective clinical management and leadership abilities of Bristol Dental School. What will you be doing? We are seeking for an outstanding individual to play a core function in the management of clinical governance framework in the Dental School, ensuring the safety and quality of the clinical activity is maintained and enhanced and in conformity with regulatory requirements. The post holder will work closely with dental clinical departments to support quality improvement initiatives, and high-quality patient practice in the context of an academic clinical training environment. You should apply if We are pursuing an outstanding individual with excellent communication expertise who can work effectively with a range of stakeholders such as patients, students, clinical teams, and external organisations. Able to work proactively and at times independently to troubleshoot issues, the function holder will have demonstratable project management expertise to respond to changes in the regulatory environment. Whilst not essential, practice of working in a dental environment is desirable.
