The income offered to the prosperous candidate will attract a consolidated AVA and a non consolidated clinical supplement, dependent on the amount of clinical work undertaken.


The University of Nottingham, School of Veterinary Medicine and Science wishes to expand its veterinary pathology team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of future veterinary surgeons and veterinary pathology teaching by sharing your expertise and practice to ensure competence and inspire life-long learning.
The function holder will participate in the clinical training of final year veterinary undergraduates and clinical post graduate taught students and will provide clinical (diagnostic) services to the School's clinical associate practices and other clients including medicolegal cases.
You will have a veterinary degree registrable with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. You will have practice of a diagnostic workload in veterinary anatomic pathology and practice of teaching and assessing veterinary undergraduate students.
The School has a diverse range of research activities, facilities and equipment to support an enquiring mind. Collaboration with research teams will be encouraged.
