About the function:
You will support the Academic Registrar to manage and co-ordinate compliance with the Office for Students Conditions of Registration by monitoring compliance with each of the conditions and working closely with stakeholders to identify risk and manage mitigation strategies.
You will play a key function in the prosperous operation and continuing partnership management of the University's new online programme delivery. Working closely with the online provider and a range of stakeholders across the University you will plan and manage prosperous implementation of the Southampton Online programmes to ensure the work progresses in alignment with the agreed contract.
Required expertise and practice:
   » Demonstrable practice in a significant function in UK Higher Education.
   » An in-depth knowledge of the complex policy and regulations applicable to Higher Education in England.
   » Developed leadership abilities capability, located on leading multiple strands of delivery and the effective leadership abilities of people for who you have no line management responsibility.
   » Proven practice of delivering complex policy projects alongside cyclical activity.
