We seek to recruit a future-looking visionary early career researcher with strong interests in the oceans and the desire and capability to work across the geosciences. Applications are sought from geotechnical engineers and geophysicists to carry out research covering the fundamental relationships between geophysical and geotechnical properties of geomaterials, and the development of methods to integrate geophysical and geotechnical site investigation data to derive synthetic geotechnical parameters and inform on requirements for geophysical investigation. We seek candidates with geotechnical engineering practice, geophysical data analysis and machine learning expertise.
