We have a great opportunity for a Multi skilled Maintenance Technician core electrical with appropriate electrical qualifications and 17th or 18th Edition where you will be joining a close-knit team in a varied function in Liverpool city centre.
This is a brilliant position for a Facilities Maintenance / Building Services / Multi Skilled Engineer.
The function:Electrical / Multi Skilled Engineer with Mechanical expertise
   » Servicing, Maintenance and repair work across various types of buildings
   » PPM visits and reactive repairs of Electrical and Mechanical plant and equipment, air handling units, cold-water boosters, pumps etc.
   » Plant room checks
   » Manage CAFM system
   » HVAC maintenance
   » expertise of BMS
The Person:
   » Must have 17th or 18th edition certificate/qualification
   » Immediately available & wanting a days-located function
   » Prior practice in Facilities Maintenance/Building Services
   » Electrical apprenticeship
   » BTEC / ONC
   » 17th/18th edition regulations
