Job Opportunity: Finance Hub Administrator:Job description:Job location: Durham, Hybrid Contract Duration: 11 months The function and the Department The prosperous applicant will be a member of the Business School's Finance team but may also be required to assist with other tasks within the Faculty, commensurate with the Grade, as the need arises. The prosperous candidate must be able to: work independently; act effectively on their own initiative; have an excellent personal manner and keep calm under pressure. The post holder must contact confidently with both staff at all levels all over the University and with external contractors both orally and in writing. Working as part of a small team, within the Finance Hub the main tasks and responsibilities of the function are as below. It is of note that the list below is not exhaustive of all tasks and requirement of the function. Workloads and day to day tasks, commensurate with the grade, will be discussed and agreed with the post holder and the line manager. The function is currently hybrid working, but the post holder will be expected to be on site at least 3 days per week (currently Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but could be subject to change).
