The function
The post-holder will play a key function in research in the dental clinical trials research team at Bristol Dental School. They fill the function of a main study dentist, delivering a broad spectrum of dental clinical trials, working with and supporting the existing dental care professionals who run clinical trials within the unit, and writing manuscripts for publication in high dental impact peer review journals.
What will you be doing?
We are pursuing outstanding individuals who have practice in dental research who are looking to extend their research skills working on a variety of clinical studies sponsored by industry or funded by grants. The function holder will act as a study dentist in clinical trials, and also take part in the development of new study ideas. They will work with the dental research team ensuring that all members of the team are supported in the function that they are undertaking for the study.
