We are seeking to appoint an exceptional person to join the Library's Liaison Team to contribute to our highly customer focused service to a wide variety of users (students, University staff, NHS staff and visitors). The prosperous candidate will work closely with our local NHS staff to identify, develop and deliver the services they need to ensure excellent patient care as well as to support their workplace and development needs.
We would like to hear from highly competent candidates who have recent practice in an NHS library setting and have an knowledge of the needs and requirements of our particular user base.

You will need excellent communication expertise and a availability to engage with our wide variety of NHS users to explore their information needs. You will develop and deliver Information expertise training, support materials and our mediated literature search service. Flexibility, as well as being able to work independently, are crucial.
