This full time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 28 February 2027.
The post
You will work on the Wellcome Trust funded project entitled ?Effects of Polar Climate Change on Global Health and Healthcare?.
In addition to the University of Exeter, this position is supported by the science and operations team at Arctic Basecamp, as well as by adjunct support from other consortium members, including the World Economic Forum, Deloitte South Africa, Aroha and our international advisory board. Candidates are expected to commit full-time to the function.
About you
The prosperous applicant will be pivotal in ensuring the grant's objectives are achieved. all over this process, you will contact with the various investigators and researchers to ensure maximal efficiency, collaboration, scheduling and reporting. Tasks will involve managing project KPIs, (deliverables and milestones), partner interactions, funder reporting requirements, workshops/meetings, events, budgets, and grants, ensuring meticulous coordination and strategic financial oversight. You will also be responsible for line management of the Public Engagement, Outreach & Communications Coordinator.
The prosperous applicant will be highly organised, with excellent communication expertise and capability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders, as well as abilities in event organisation and grant financial monitoring procedures.
