If you have excellent project coordination and planning expertise and you are looking for an exciting and compensateing new challenge, this part time, fixed term function in the School of Psychology could be just right for you.
As the Project agent for Dr. Jim Everett's ?TRUSTAI' project, you will provide assistance and co-ordination in the management of this large-scale research project. You will develop, maintain and support effective, two-way channels of communication for the project and its stakeholders to facilitate prosperous delivery of objectives.
You will also be responsible for superviseing the logistical aspects of the project, including tasks such as fielding participant enquiries, liaising with stakeholders, liaising with the advisory board and external speakers, assisting with conference organisation, superviseing the budget, helping to prepare the grant reports, managing the project webpage, and managing the project's social media accounts
As a Project agent you can expect to:
   » Provide proactive, timely administrative support and coordination for all aspects of project activity
   » Act as the first point of contact for the project
   » Coordinate and promote project events and prepare briefings/communications for stakeholders
   » contact with sub-contracted App/Web Developers to help ensure timely and prosperous completion of objectives
What We are seeking for:
   » Educated to a-level standard or equivalent
   » Substantial practice in a similar function providing project administrative support and coordination
   » Good project management expertise with the capability to plan and manage multiple projects and workload
   » practice of setting up administrative systems and procedures for a new project
