The opportunity
University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking a Treasury Services Administrator to join our Treasury Finance Services team on a full-time basis.
You will support the Treasury Services function within the Central Finance department by assisting with the day-to-day maintenance and control of the university's banking systems. You will be responsible for processing international and UK bank transactions and reconciling control accounts promptly and regularly within the specified timeframes.
You will provide a high level of customer service to local Finance Managers, dealing with any bank account queries in an effective and efficient manner.
About you
You will possess practice of reconciling complex financial records and resolving significant financial queries, as well as practice of using finance management information systems and banking software.
You will be a proficient MS Office user, who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment delivering results to tight deadlines. You will have the capability to work both independently and collaboratively and will possess excellent customer service and interpersonal expertise.
