We are pursuing to appoint an enthusiastic and creative practitioner to deliver across a variety of Media courses across Level 3. You will be teaching on a range of UAL and Pearson Creative Media qualifications to contribute to the continued success of the department. candidates will most likely have industry practice as well as a significant academic and/or professional qualification in the subject area. As well as being qualified in a significant subject, it would be desirable, but not essential that you have a recognised teaching qualification. If you do not hold a teaching qualification then you will need to show a availability to undertake appropriate training, for which support will be given. Individuals with practice and expertise within the following disciplines is desirable: Games theory and practical expertise including 3D and games engine software such as Unreal, Maya etc. Digital Design expertise including teaching Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. You will need to be highly organised and flexible in your approach to work. You will enjoy a challenge, and ideally have practice of working within a team. You should have a passion for working with people 16+ across Further Education and Higher Education. You will have a high level of interpersonal, motivational, communication and organisation expertise. A commitment to student learning and attainment is essential.
