The Office Administrator works with the Minister, Session and various committees and ministries of the congregation. The Candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision.Overview: The Office Administrator plays an important function in the day-to-day operations of the church and supporting the various groups that use our building. Your responsibilities will include preparing various communications for the congregation, supporting our Care and Share food ministry, arranging volunteers, maintaining the records of the church, scheduling room rentals, along with other general office tasks. We encourage you to apply if you have the following General Requirements: Education and practice » Exceptional organization and time management expertise with the capability to plan, organize and prioritize work to deal with multiple deadlines. » Excellent computer expertise including practice with MS Office. » Excellent communications expertise both written and verbal » capability to interact positively with other staff, members of the congregation and the , general public. » Previous office practice » expertise of Easy Worship and Church Windows would be an asset.
