We are seeking for an practiced Receptionist to join our team to enable the smooth running of our sports facilities to a wide variety of people using the Sports Training Village.

About the function
You will be the first point of contact for all general sports enquiries and will have responsibility for booking and taking payments for facilities, classes, courses, supporting the Reception Manager in implementing the access policy and providing excellent customer service as part of our committed and dedicated Reception team.
You should have practice working with a range of customers, excellent interpersonal and customer care expertise as well as sound IT expertise to enable you to deliver high standards of service to our students, staff, general public, performance sports partners and visiting athletes.
There are physical elements to the function, including assisting with security incidents and the emergency process when evacuating customers and users safely from the facilities.

This is a part-time position, working an average of 17.5 hours per week (0.48 FTE) over a 3-week rotating rota covering the facility opening hours and business needs. This is an all year-round position, and weekday shifts start at 15:45.
