Programmes & Administrative adjunct:Job description:Job location: Chatham If you pride yourself on your attention to detail, strong IT skills and an capability to deal confidently with a range of people, this could be a great opportunity for you to join the University and develop your career in a supportive environment. You will join a busy team, providing support for administrative services across our Lifelong Learning courses and provision, contributing to a positive student practice and ensuring significant regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to. You will therefore need to keep up to date with changes, work to deadlines and respond flexibly to competing priorities. This post is full-time and located at our Medway campus. As Programmes & Administration adjunct you can expect to get involved in : » Providing administrative support across all courses including student applications, inductions, module material, virtual learning environments (such as Moodle), progression reviews, student support, requests for extensions and so on, examinations, examination boards and various committees » Updating Lifelong Learning student databases, reporting and CRM (or similar) systems, ensuring the information is current and up to date and complies with GDPR » Acting as point of contact for students, apprentices, prospective employers, external examiners, collaborative partners, staff and visitors What We are seeking for in the right candidate : » English and Maths GCSE grade 4/C or above, or equivalent » skills in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint » Excellent oral and written communication skills » The capability to produce documents to a high standard and to have a good eye for detail We are ambitious for our people, our communities and the region we serve - join us in making the world a better place.
